Napoli Reject new Galatasaray’s €70m Bid for Osimhen
Napoli have reportedly turned down a €70 million offer from Turkish giants Galatasaray for star striker Victor Osimhen, transfer insider Fabrizio Romano has disclosed.
According to Romano, the bid was submitted on Friday and included official bank documents to back up the payment. Despite this, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is said to have dismissed the proposal, holding firm on his demand for a guaranteed €75 million.
“Galatasaray offered €70m today with bank documents attached for payment guarantees… Napoli president De Laurentiis wants €75m guaranteed and he has rejected,” Romano shared on social media.
Osimhen, who played a pivotal role in Napoli’s Serie A title triumph two seasons ago, continues to attract significant interest across Europe due to his consistent performances and goal-scoring prowess.
