Transfer Round-Ups

Manchester United have ended their pursuit of Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba after deciding the Seagulls’ £115m valuation of the 21-year-old Cameroon international is unrealistic, Sport360NG reports.

Across Manchester, goalkeeper Ederson is reportedly assessing his options after seven years at City. The 31-year-old Brazil international has been linked with Galatasaray, and City are thought to be considering Paris St-Germain’s Gianluigi Donnarumma as a potential replacement. The 26-year-old Italy No.1 has been made available by the French champions.

Newcastle United are pushing to finalise a deal for Brentford forward Yoane Wissa. The 28-year-old DR Congo international is a top target, but the Magpies are also revisiting their interest in PSG striker Gonçalo Ramos, with the 24-year-old Portugal international among the names being considered as they aim to strengthen their front line with two new attackers.

In Saudi Arabia, Al-Nassr are close to wrapping up a £25.8m move for France winger Kingsley Coman, who is set to leave Bayern Munich.

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest are exploring a move for Manchester City full-back Rico Lewis. The 20-year-old England international could be allowed to leave for a fee in excess of £30m.

Wolves are on the verge of bringing in Cameroon wing-back Jackson Tchatchoua from Verona, while Sunderland have struck a deal with PSG for France defender Nordi Mukiele. The 27-year-old is expected to join for an initial £9.5m plus £2.5m in add-ons.

Elsewhere in Europe, Juventus midfielder Nicolás González is keen on a switch to Atletico Madrid. The 27-year-old Argentina international is valued at around €30m (£26m).
