Paul Onuachu’s header mastery makes him Super Lig joint top scorer
Paul Onuachu has firmly established himself as the Turkish Super Lig’s most lethal aerial threat, with half of his goals this season coming from headers, Sport360NG reports.
The towering Nigerian striker is currently joint top scorer in the league with eight goals, four of which he has nodded home. His influence has been central to Trabzonspor’s attacking output, as the club has recorded 18 goals in 12 matches, including seven scored via headers.
Trabzonspor have found the net in 10 of their 12 league fixtures so far, failing to score only in a goalless draw against reigning champions Galatasaray and a narrow 1–0 defeat to Fenerbahçe.
