Sesko ruled out for a month after suffering knee injury against Spurs
Manchester United forward Benjamin Sesko is set for a spell on the sidelines after suffering a knee injury in the Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
Sky Sports reported on Monday that the Slovenian is expected to be out for at least a month, with early examinations confirming he will need time away from action to recover.
“Manchester United striker Benjamin Sesko is set for a spell on the sidelines as a result of a knee injury picked up against Spurs,” the outlet stated.
Initial medical checks suggest Sesko will undergo a period of rest and rehabilitation before he can resume full training.
The injury comes as a setback for United, with the 21-year-old having played a significant role in the club’s attack since his high-profile arrival. Both manager and supporters will be hoping for a quick return as the team navigates a busy stretch of fixtures.
Sesko joined Manchester United from RB Leipzig in an €85m move, as earlier reported by Sport360NG.
