Ferdinand Casts Doubt on Gyokeres’ Premier League Readiness

Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has expressed skepticism about Viktor Gyokeres’ suitability for English top-flight football, despite the striker’s remarkable statistics at Sporting CP. “I’ve studied him closely three times and each time I’ve thought: ‘He’s not getting that kind of chance in the Premier League’,” Ferdinand said on his podcast Rio Ferdinand Presents.
